Zend Studio code completion framework

What's the best way to setup code completion for Zend Framework using Zend Studio(Eclipse)?

I can start a new zend framework project and everything is set. To run the application in the browser using this project I need to have a local apache running right?

Can I start a project with only a remote server? Or is the best way for that using a SVN?

Nowadays I have configured 'remote systems' like FTP/SSH for accessing my projects, but then I don't have code completion.

You need to have the Zend Framework in your include path (your editor include path). This doesn't have anything to do with where you work from (locally, or remotely).
