Execute a script and call that file in an HTML page

Hello,
I've created a script that creates a gif. I'd like to create an HTML page ( or use the same script page, maybe??) that executes the script and then call the gif newly created to display on the page. All will be done locally and the html page will need to keep freshing ever 3-5mins.

Any assistance would truly be appreciated.

What kind of script? I know you can use the exec() function in PHP to use CLI?

Below is the script. The issue that I run into is if I call the script, it takes a few minutes to generate the gif. Could there be a delay I could add, before I have it pickup the latest update gif.
