Email Newsletters
 

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you can recommend a newsletter mailing list software script/program that will send to about 2000 people no problem. I have been having issues with PHPList and have tried some in the joomla! cms such as Letterman, without complete success. Any opinions?

I would try phpmailer?

I've seen in the past a custom script which sends out 5 emails, then a little delay, send the next 5 emails, another delay, etc. Obviously you would have to program it yourself, but there are a few different methods and is probably the lest resource intensive way of sending out so many emails!
