This thing has gotten me before, when you insert into the fields, new values, when its done querying, after you've pressed submit ( form to query ). Well if you refresh, it says stuff about the Post Data, yadda yadda, but if you do, it submits the values two times into the fields, how do I stop this? I've tried mysql_close(), unset(), and exit().

The easiest way (can be bypassed if the execution takes long enough to hit refresh) is to do a meta redirect immediately after the script is done.
example: http://justanotherportfolio.com/1.php
That takes you to three pages.

The other way is to create a session on the form and destroy it after execution
