Default Website backup script

Hey I couldn't find this answer while searching P2L and Google so I thought I would ask.

What I want is a php (other languages if necessary) script that will zip up an entire website. I mean all of the pages + the database. I saw a script that did this a few months ago but I cant find it again. I want to be able to make backups of clients websites on my computer so if the server crashes, I have all of their information on hand.

If someone could just point me in the right direction I would gratly appreciate it.

Thank you very much. I was hoping to build one, but I guess I can download it as well.
