I think a very good sub-category for the developer's forum would be 'Sample Code'. That way if people are looking about how to do a certain thing they could easily use the code found in the threads to modify the existing code and match it to fit their needs but at the same time learn on how to do things they never really knew how to do before. :)

Yes, we will expand the categories as soon as we get more activity. The more categories the less active the site looks preventing people from wanting to register and participate. It all just takes time.

Yeah, that's actually a good point Ryan. When people come to websites and see so much on the screen they just feel it's too much work to scroll down and check out the features so they just leave the site instead of exploring it further.

Agreed. The site seems to bland at the moment. We need more to talk about and more topics!

Anything you want to talk about can be talked about in the general forum. I believe it was you mike that said the site was small right now in a past post. We have to expand the site before we can expand the forums. Pass the word onto friends and co-workers about TalkPHP.com. Help us let it grow. We have a great oppotunity here for something great! Any help would be much appreciated!
