I have a question, actually 2.

First: What the *beeep* is a good samaritan? Never heard that word before, so what does it mean?

And then also, how come you can request some awards, but not the other? Does that depend on the user? Or is it like.. you admins "activate" the request:ing for certain award(s) ??

Yes, we do. Entirely up to the discretion of the administrators. If we observe something good, we'll hand out an award !
