Just an idea...

I've seen an increase in people posting about job openings and whatnot. Maybe start a forum for that here, but have some specific guidelines written out in a sticky topic.

Yes, I agree. The forum originally had such but was removed to lack of use.

Whilst it would make sense for a PHP forum to have a section for people looking / offering PHP work, I've only seen 2(?) job-related postings in the past couple of months so I'm not sure how much use it would get.

Maybe expand it (sub-forums?) so it can include openings for designers as well?

But yea, It's probably an idea that should be shelved until the site grows more.
