You should make a topic solved mod for General and Absolute Beginners forums.

Could you elaborate, please? I don't understand.

I think he means some sort of modification that allows the thread creator and the staff to mark a thread as solved so people don't get confused with answered threads and un-answered ones =)

The big problem with those mods is that it puts people (ok, me) off viewing them. If I see a thread marked as "solved!" then I rarely bother to read it.

Whilst a reply may have solved your problem, other members may have a different / more efficent method of solving your problem which they may never post since your thread is Solved :-)
