Default Namespaces

Due to recent chat on ChatWebDev, I'm more interested in learning about namespace.

No good resource is available for beginners, I would appreciate a tutorial. :)

That's a good idea. I was going to suggest this sort of tutorial to Karl. Sort of a pre-release look at namespaces in PHP for those who have no to little idea about them. I'm sure the PHP nightly releases will have namespaces in them by now.

I have dealt with namespaces while using C++ so doing them in PHP would be good also.

I thought they dropped the namespaces a while ago...and I sure don't have support for them in PHP 5.2.3

An overview of the namespacing within PHP can be read in the source code (likely to be changed). I look forward to the wider availability of namespaces but not the teething period as people start to implement them into their code.

The namespace section of the PHP Manual has been added a few days ago and is avaible at:
PHP: Namespaces - Manual

Namespaces will be avaible as of PHP 5.3 and PHP 6 =)
