Hmvc

How would I go about to create my framework with support for HMVC?
I have found one tutorial that explained how to create an HMVC framework but it was just.. weird. http://www.codewalkers.com/c/a/Misce...tern-in-PHP-5/

Anyone who knows a better tutorial or who can write a quite how-to?
What I'm mostly curious about is how to load the seperate controllers(modules) so that they can access eachother and so on.

Why not semi-reverse-engineering. I think you can learn a lot from frameworks currently implementing the HMVC pattern, especially the Kohana framework, see how they load controllers.

Disclaimer: Kohana's transition from MVC to HMVC took place about 6 months ago, so there might be a small number of inconsistencies left, but I still think they've done a great job :)

Oh dear... the development community got together for beer and came up with yet another buzzword to mess with everybody else did they?

I'm just going to get ten years ahead of the curve and start developing my DLBOAHMVC framework right now (drunken little bastard of a heirarchal model view controller).

Although I sort of understand what you mean, our almighty all-knowing "trustworthy" wikipedia redirects hmvc to Presentation-abstraction-control , and under references I saw the PAC model is first mentioned in 1987 ;)
