find and replace function in php
 

Hello friends,

I m trying to do sth new as per me ;-)
I want to make find and replace function for bg color and bg image through which
user can find perticular bg color or bg image in html site and replace it with new one in whole site. I don't have idea that how to do. can anyone help me to that how to do it
