Default Video uploading and converting to flv

Hi guys!

For a website I'll be creating, I want a user to be able to upload videos.

I will use JW FLV Media Player to play the movies on the website.

Now I'm wondering if anyone knows how to take care of the uploading process. Somebody got a nice tutorial on this subject?

I have used ffmpeg (ffmpeg.org) which is a free solution if you have a dedicated server. There are also alot of paid solutions such as sothinkmedia.com. Another way is some hosting providers offer 'ffmpeg hosting'. Hope that helps.
