I am developing a website that has paid subscriptions that should be renewed each month or depending on a date found in some database.

I want to notify the site admin and the client that he should renew before a week or the user will be deactivated

so i want an email to be sent automatically to the user to notify him to renew
and in the admin cpanel i want to show a notification message showing users that should renew this month

and if time passes i want that the user will be deactivated automatically

can anyone please help me on how to do it

Cron jobs can run a script at a given time. Just store dated in the database and have the script check them and act upon it when you want it to.
