i want to create a blueprint of a web application i want to build. where do i find guidelines to follow when creating the blueprint, or example blueprints i can take a look at so i know how to create a good blueprint to follow before beginning development. thank you.
Well, I can only write how I usually do that kind of stuff:
1.I think how the site should actually look, which kind of design would fit best!
At this step I only try to get an idea about the layout of the page. Then I go in Photoshop/Gimp and just make a sketch like:
to get some inspiration. Now, I start making the grafik part. You get many websites dealing with tuts for this kind of stuff. It's always worth to make a stop at deviantart, they have many tuts there.
3. Last but not least, I start coding the site. (Often I do step 3 before 2.). For tutorials on step 2 & 3 "google is your friend", right?!
