Porn CMS Open Source?

A local client is looking for a CMS for his porn business with live chat and video. Does anyone know an open source for this type of content?

There might be live video/chat plugins or similar to existing CMSs. Have you checked any at all?

I have. Havent found any that are live. All of them are like youtube material.
