hi

we host multiple websites and do different customizations to each domain on a weekly bases. is there a software/web app that can track the bugs for each domain that we have? i cant find a decent one.

im also looking for one with a customer portal so when the customer logs in and enters their bug they only see their domains customizations and statuses on them, and they dont see our comments that is entered.

so if someone by accident said this bug exists in every customers app. lol that would look bad.

Most is not all bug trackers have the ability to organize by project. So why not place each website into it's own project category?

thats exactly what i did with bugnet(BugNET > Home)

each domain is named as a project.

but the thing is bugnet has the ability for users to add their comments. and we cant let the customer see our comments just only see the statuses of their bugs.
