Default Hosting website to the internet using windows server 2003?

How do I host my website to the internet using my windows server 2003? It has intel core2duo E6600 and 2GB ram, I'm expecting little traffic from the internet. Thanks! Can you please point me to a step by step tutorial? Thanks!

I wouldn't recommended IIS, to be honest. Apache is often the industry-standard aside from those stubborn folks, often corporations with many misconceptions about PHP, who insist on ASP and thus IIS.

I suspect that PHP on Windows / IIS will start to pickup popularity now that Microsoft officially support it with FastCGI.

To the original poster, take a look at IIS.net : PHP : Microsoft Internet Information Services for a guide to setting up PHP on IIS with FastCGI.

I'd recommend Apache or lighttpd (if you will have ALOT of traffic, use this instead of Apache - unfortunately it doesn't have a windows port).
