How to change Host

In my PHPpgAdmin, I have a server connected to my localhost.
Now, I want to change the 'Host' from localhost to the other server, which I am using now. How can I do this?

I haven't use PHPpgAdmin before, but it seems that you just need to change the listen address property in the config file. http://phppgadmin.sourceforge.net/do...q#login_errors

But again, I never uset PHPpgAdmin nor PostgresSQL before.
