Default PhpWeby directory script SEO Rewrite issue

Hi friends,

I have an issue with rewrite url to my web directory which uses PhpWeby directory script.

Actually I want to rewrite the detail link url with link title instead of static string "link".

For example:
puppyurl.com/detail/link-14280.html
title: Make Money with Job Referral programs

I would like to see the url as
puppyurl.com/detail/make-money-with-job-referral-programs-14280

I have already enabled seo url but the rewrite not included the page url.

I am not very sure about rewrite method.
My site url: puppyurl.com

Thanks in advance!
