i need some help with making a poll that allows users to click on yes or no. then the yes or no is counted and displayed to the user to see how many people have click on it. i a new to learning php and i don't know how to start.

For starters you will need a database and need to use IP addresses to distinguish between people. A little time on Google came up with a large number of tutorials on the subject, I suggest you search for those,
