Use custom font
Ok so i have decided to work on my poetry, and i thought to myself well why am i using all the same boring fonts constantly why not spice it up with a custom one. So i was looking around for scripts to do this. All the scripts i find are just ones that turn it in to an image, i dont want this, is there anything out there to just change the font to one that is on my server directory?

It's called @font-face and it's already supported in most modern browsers, with the exception of Exploder, which should support it properly within the next decade or two. Okay, that's a bit of a fib, IE has supported it since IE5 (possibly 4) though only in conjunction with... you guessed it, a Microsoft proprietary font type that nobody uses. For reference material on browser support, you might like to check out: http://www.webfonts.info/wiki/index....rowser_support
Outside of that, you'll have to rely on a system like Cufon or Typekit (sIFR if you're a masochist). |
thanks i looked up the @font-face and got it working nicely
