New web application looking for some suggestions
 

Hi I am trying to build an online application that will allow the user to submit a form with multiple files, and thus create a job when the job is approved an ajax calendar gets updated with the start and end dates for the job the idea would be that when a calendar date is selected it will display some info on the job or jobs in the system. I have found an ajax calendar written by Jamie McConnell which should do the trick its called mysql calendar 1.2

I am looking for a nice submission form preferably using ajax that will allow for mutiple files to be added to the form before it is submitted the files need to be stored in separate folders for each new form submission. I have looked at a few examples of file uploads using ajax but not using a form.

I would like a way of being able to display the jobs in the system including file attachments that other users can dl or attach new files to the job.

every time a job is accessed the system stores this data and displays it on the form when the job is viewed ie last accessed by last amended by etc

I know this is a lot of information I am trying to focus on one piece at a time but I am aware I need to think how the rest of the system will interact
