Thanks for the link Sunil! Just passing along another, this morning I published a bonus chapter on the new Zend Framework Zend_Tool component, you can download it for free (no registration, no DRM) from here:

If you're new to the Zend Framework, the Zend_Tool makes it dead simple to get started with a new project, eliminating many of the configuration barriers which have long confused newcomers.
