Default Uploading and Renaming

Hey so I am in need of an upload form and for it to rename a file.

I am uploading 3 files and i need to rename one of them to a specific file name that i have in a config.php file. all of them will go to the same folder.

I have tried about 10 times and most of them are all different methods and it doesn't seem to work. any tip or thing can could lead me the right direction would help. Thanks .

Are you able to post the code so we can go through it to see where we can assist?
