why is it so hard?
why is it so hard to find out how to stream video on a webpage? i have been searching for a very long time now trying to find out how i can stream video such like youtube does. being that the video is stream in such a way that it doesnt hog the viewers pc and you can move to any track in the video. i went on forums and forums looking for the information but cant find it.
