Default How to change mysql 'localhost' to another drive

How might I change my mysql 'localhost' setting from (I think this is right) 'C:\wamp\mysql\data\test\mytable' to 'M:\wamp\mysql\data\test\mytable' (which is a backup).

This is from phpMyAdmin (if it helps any):

Server version: 5.0.41-community-nt
Protocol version: 10
Server: localhost via TCP/IP
User: root@localhost
MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
MySQL connection collation: Collation

Thank you,
Dave

As far as I know MySQL doesn't work like that. If you wanted to do something like that you'd have to use sqlite. I'm not quite sure, but I think it'd be quite difficult to make MySQL do what you want.

Copy the C:\wamp\mysql\data\ folder as a backup, unininstall MySQL from C:\ and reinstall it on M:\ and then copy the data folder into it =P ?

why dont you grab the files from that m drive, which are the tables and database and drag it over to the one you have now. and when u go to mysql command prompt and type show tables you'll see the table there.
