Zend Framework required files

I have a questions about ZF, as it's about 15mb of php code, do I have to include ALL the files into my application? or just the files of classes I used

Zend loads in only the items you require. Not that any of those files are downloded to the client, so it's not a problem. As it's loosely coupled you can take out Zend_Acl or Zend_Json, for instance, and use them in your own application very easily, without actually using the Zend Framework.
