Default Test PHP programs from flash drive?

I was wondering if I could install something like WAMP on my flash drive (or something portable) so I could test this stuff when I am at school bored outta' my mind. I don't think I could get away with a FTP, the ports are probably all safelocked O.o

Yes, you could install Apache and PHP on your flash drive then manually start it each time rather than use a server to start it.

Your school computers may block programs and/or flash drives though depending on how paranoid they are
