The description of an 'index' page is a bit vague (as wildhoney pointed out) if you describe your needs im sure someone will be more than happy to aid you (myself included).

There could be a index for a gallery, index for a forum, it could be index for alot of things, so you might want to give us some more information in order for us to be able to help you!
