host & uri problem - not displaying?

I have the following simple code:

echo $_SERVER[’HTTP_HOST’].$_SERVER[’REQUEST_URI’];
?>

This code doesnt display a thing when I run it - what am I doing wrong? :)

Run the following and tell us what it says. Also are the quotes just ordinary single quotation marks (') because they don't look like it.

Let me try changing the quotes, silly me :)
