Nottingham, eh?  Exactly where I live at the moment! As for helping out, you would need to learn all the basics of PHP and then learn what you need to make that work. I feel the best way to do this is to out-source it to someone who is at least able to put a bit of PHP code together - pay the PHP coder a little less than what you're getting for that segment from your client. From a practical point-of-view, and a monetary one, you're best off taking that route.
