I use Zend Framework from time-to-time. Although I usually just take part of it and include it with my own work as an external library - depending on what I require. That's what's good about Zend Framework, because it is relatively loosely-coupled, you can take parts out of the jigsaw to use in your own, all because they have very few dependencies.
