How about either creating an array of fields, like so:

<input type="text" name="textbox[]" />
<input type="text" name="textbox[]" />
<input type="text" name="textbox[]" />

Or using a foreach loop on the POST? Like this:

foreach($_POST as $szKey => $szValue)
{
    if(preg_match('~^submit~i', $szKey))
    {
        echo 'Set';
    }
}
