Shows what I said before where google has taken the description of the meta description tag and used it in the description field of google. I hope this gives you more of a reason to change the meta tags to something more relavant to the site.

But I dont know if you have a small rank but when you simply add a space between talk and php like this:
http://www.google.ca/search?hs=CMS&h...talk+php&meta=
This simply space means you are no longer seen. Instead you get phptalk.com where you could lose some traffic through. Maybe it just takes time to increase the rank value as I am no google expert.
