I made a script that is somewhat similar, the sliders can just be seen as drop down menus: http://www.caratnetworks.com/sliders...tion-plans.php. Also do know that sites don't teach everything, I built that one mostly by figuring it out for myself.

After a few read though I am afraid I still don't understand the specific problem you are having. No offense but please try to use better grammar (at least use MS word or something), it really makes things easier to read.
