a. Why would a backup be sent to the email recipient twice? That makes no sense, to me.

b. Is the backup zip already stored somewhere and you just want to be able to download that via a web interface?

c. Is the backup zip already stored somewhere and you just want to be able to copy to an FTP account via a web interface?

Your questions, whether you know it or not, are all woefully inadequate in terms of giving us information about what precisely you want; both to achieve, and from us.
