For a desktop I say Ubuntu too, I have always been a Fedora man, but the latest Ubuntu blew me away as a desktop - easy to setup multiple screen, virtual machines etc).

I definitely still will continue to use Fedora for my servers (dev, staging & production) - I highly recommend Fedora for servers.
