Entirely from scratch, VI. New type of forum. Traditional forums are dead :) ! Maybe I shouldn't say that with owning a forum or 2. But they are, vB is terribly coded and I like to moan about that fact too much.

My thinking was that a forum AND a wiki are 2 of the most difficult pieces of software to manage. Bringing them both together would make TalkPHP a much more manageable place. That way we can grow and grow and grow without any concerns.
