What an introduction!

I started working with PHP well before I was competent, but my employer who was a personal friend was aware of this and just wanted to get me coding something professionally (he later admitted he threw the code out). I only did a few hours a week for him at that time. Even when I began freelancing I probably wasn't that great, although I thought I was. Everyone does this, it is quite normal.

I know a lot of guitar (nine years) and music theory from childhood, my mother was intent that I would be finely educated as a musician. But I never really liked it that much, I stopped actively playing around the age of 17 when I didn't have to anymore. I do still play my Jackson DX-2 from time though.
