im a meduim programmer (PHP XHTML CSS ...)

and i want to make a new project and im looking for someone to make with me 50%
its a new idea i think , its a football(soccer) game

Are you able to pay the person or is it volunteer work?
->after the launch of the website , he will get 50% of earnings

Is this going to turn into a business, open source, community?
-> its a community (business)

Do you have a fairly developed plan or are you starting from scratch?
->i have a plan in my head but istill need ideas to develope this idea (the browser bases football game) and im going do it from scratch of course

What and how much time would you be willing to put in?
->i dont care about how much time , its just need to be a clean good website

What and how much time would you expect from your partner?
->i dont expect any precised time , he must just be se rious about the project

Are you looking for any level of education and/or experience?
->no level of e ducation or experience doues not matter ,
what matter is if he is serious abt the project
