It's been progressive. He was never active, nor did he ever even appear to care. When I was staff he came on every few days and he would make decisions form time to time. Eventually his visits shifted to once a week, then once every few months. He comes by every time the site has a prolonged crash, but that about it anymore. I have my doubts that he is medically ill.
