Forgive me if I'm being over-cynical, but having been part of many generic sites that failed, I will tell you that the site is on a failing course to begin with. Here is why:

• Average design at best.
• Name is not catchy and doesn't really make sense. Web Develop Forum brings to mind the way India freelancers talk.
• No activity (everyone has to start somewhere though)
• No unique purpose, many larger forums offer general web dev talk. Members must have a reason to choose you over the big sites.
• No unique characteristics. What separates you from the competition?
• No content. This is why I like TalkPHP so much, it has unique quality content. That is really the only draw a small forum can have.

I'm not trying to insult you, I am trying to help. I can't see this site lasting very long at all unless things change.
