Only you can assess if you are capable, the first few projects are always scary. Start with easier projects and do harder ones when you are confident and know what you can do (not to mention how fast you can do it).
Advertise your services, I got many times more clients coming to me than projects I found. Sarmen, never tell the client that you are young or in school (I would go as far as to tell teens to lie about their age), the two are suicide if you want to make real money. Such details are of no relevance and can only hurt you (and age is illegal to discriminate by).
If the project is too big for you to do because of school, just say "I won't have time to take this one on." Not "I have school." When you say that, people think of some idiot highschooler who they wouldn't even have mow their lawn.
