Smarty is parsing the html tags and replacing them with the presentable versions what I mean is

Code:

<p>paragraph here</p>

is turned into

Code:

&lt;p&gt;paragraph here&lt;/p&gt;

I've probably been looking in the wrong places, any ideas?
