have a registered account, and a guest account

guest accounts can only look at pictures that the uploaders set to public
you can only upload pictures if you have an account (pictures delete when/if account is deleted), but you can also upload as a guest but the pictures are only on the server for a set time (configuration in the admin panel to how long they are kept?)
