I want to make a page where a user can upload lots of images at once, what is the best way to do it?

I found a jQuery plugin (Multiple File Upload plugin for jQuery - v 1.29) that is perfect, but I'm not sure how to use it. Would I just treat it as a single file upload to upload all the images or use a loop or what?
