I'm looking for a good PHP programmer to develop me an imagehosting website. I'm basically looking for the functionality imageshack has, minus their gallery and stuff, I just need the upload bit. So when an image is uploaded (must be able to specify what image types are allowed), the user is presented with their links to the file.
