No-one has to care what happened to VI in another forum, but VI is entitled to post whatever he likes on here in so long as it's not, for example, an attack on any one or more of our members or involving some other politically incorrect action not befitting online discussion.

Personally, I like TalkFreelance simply because it's something I've been around for many, many years now. I rarely partake in the (really crappy) marketplace activity and more so now than ever before the quality and quantity of freelance-related discussion is somewhat lacking ("going downhill"). The place is like Marmite, you either love it or hate it and there's not much of an in between.

If you have a problem with an ISP, other website that you're a member of, a utilities company, your cat... then feel free to make an equally useless topic here in the lounge. Who knows, people might post replies.
